About me

Driven by a passion for helping others to create positive changes in their lives, I am a pluralistic counselling psychotherapist and hypnotherapist and I support individuals in improving their well-being. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I offer a non-judgemental and safe space for all clients.

My work with clients is pluralistic, collaborative and flexible and I am fully supportive and authentic with each client, so they can begin to explore what is troubling them. I recognise and respect each client's uniqueness, working to foster their self-awareness and personal growth.

I blend therapeutic methods, including psychodynamic, person-centred, behavioural, and mindfulness techniques, tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.

I work in person from a comfortable counselling studio in North Cornwall, and for those who prefer, sessions can take place online or over the phone. I offer short and long term therapy.

I am also a certified hypnotherapist capable of addressing a range of issues including anxiety, smoking cessation, phobias, and sleep disorders and I offer specialised hypno-gastric band treatment for sustainable weight loss.

I believe that all clients deserve fair and impartial treatment and I welcome all clients without prejudice, however they subscribe to life and regardless of their colour, gender, religion, culture, background, disability or sexuality.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and a Registrant of the National Hypnotherapy Society, and I abide by their codes of ethics. I hold personal indemnity insurance with Holistic Insurance.
