About me
Hello, I’m Rachel, a trauma-informed relational psychotherapist.
Being a relational therapist means the therapeutic relationship is a fundamental element of the healing process for you. It can be difficult to trust, understand or be vulnerable with a therapist and I totally understand that. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to come as you are, in whatever capacity feels comfortable.
I qualified as an Integrative Psychotherapist, meaning I have covered a wide range of theories, to adapt to your needs throughout the therapeutic process.
If you are looking for a compassionate and safe space to talk, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
