About me

Hi, I’m Rachel. I offer neurodiversity affirming counselling for LGBTQ+, kinky and non-monogamous adults. I’m available in-person in Hove or online throughout the UK.

If you’re looking for someone to talk to about your life and relationships, who won’t judge you for who and how you love, then I might be the right therapist for you. Alongside my qualifications, I have over 30 years of lived experience in these communities. But I won’t give you advice or tell you there’s a ‘right way’ of living. Instead I offer space to explore who you are and how you experience the world. Being more self aware about yourself and your patterns might mean you feel more able to cope with life’s challenges.

If that sounds like something you might be interested in, I offer a free 20 minute call to see if we are a good fit.
