About me

Therapy, to me, is a partnership—a journey we take together as equals. Our sessions will be a space to explore your world with openness and respect, valuing your unique experiences and perspective. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, one that considers mind, body, emotions, and spirit, along with the impact of your social context.

Drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, polyvagal theory, and energy psychotherapy, our work will go beyond talking alone.

Together, we may connect your present challenges to earlier life experiences, or perhaps use body-centred techniques to help you self-regulate and clear trauma. This integrative approach allows us to deepen self-understanding, foster resilience, and open up new ways of being.

I invite you to explore this healing path with me and see where it can lead you.

Training, qualifications & experience

In addition to my private practice, I’ve worked with respected organizations such as Cruse Bereavement Care, Mind in Haringey, and several prominent universities, including University College London and the University of Westminster. This wide-ranging experience has given me the privilege of working with diverse individuals, each with unique stories, challenges, and strengths. Whatever you bring, I welcome it all with respect, empathy, and a commitment to your well-being.

If you’re ready to explore this journey together, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information

Life can feel overwhelming, particularly now, with the world facing unprecedented challenges. Perhaps you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of a major life event—whether it’s a bereavement, a separation, an illness, or a job loss. Maybe you find it hard to connect with your feelings, or perhaps a painful history holds you back from moving forward.

In therapy, being truly listened to can be profoundly healing and empowering. I offer a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental environment where we can explore whatever weighs on you. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences and find a way to navigate through them, guiding you toward a life that feels richer and more meaningful.

If you’re ready to take that first step, I’m here to support you with compassion and understanding.
