About me
Hello! I'm Phillippa. I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor and an accredited counsellor with NCPS.
I offer a safe, supportive, and confidential space to explore what's going on your life. This may be things that are causing distress like anxiety, depression, or trauma, or more general life stressors that you feel you could benefit talking through with an impartial person, who can help you explore underlying thoughts and feelings about what may be going on for you.
I offer both short-term and long-term counselling for adults. The time frame will depend on your needs and goals for counselling.
Everyone's life experiences are different, and the way in which you interact with therapy will be unique to you. My person-centred approach to therapy is mindful of that. The work done in the therapy space aims to provide you the space to be heard and understood. While based in the person-centred approach, some sessions may include other more practical, hands-on interventions based in other modalities in order to tailor the therapy to your needs.

- women's health
- anxiety

- relationship issues
- sleep issues
