About me
I support individuals and relationships seeking to navigate sexual or relationship difficulties. I work with those facing challenges like intimacy, sexual or relational concerns.
Clients come to me when stressors or life changes have impacted their ability to self-regulate and connect intimately. They seek a non-judgmental specialist to help them repair relationship bonds or address persistent psychosexual concerns.
With 20 years of NHS experience, I combine medical insight with compassionate psychotherapy. I provide the tools and skills necessary to improve mental wellness, resolve sexual issues, and build fulfilling relationships.
As a COSRT-registered therapist, I specialise in psychosexual and relationship therapy. I offer a sex-positive and non-judgmental space to address your concerns. Drawing on my clinical background, I provide tailored strategies to help you improve self-regulation and reconnect more deeply. I am an integrative therapist, humanistically oriented.
Navigating intimacy or relationship struggles can feel incredibly isolating, but there are ways of working and building resilience around it. I understand how difficult it is to take the first step, and I’m here to offer a warm, compassionate space where you’ll feel truly heard. If you’re ready to rediscover connection, please reach out for a conversation.

Health Clinical Experience
I have experience working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner for the NHS (GP practice). I believe this has given me a solid understanding of sexual health, sexual concerns, mental health, and the relationship between general and sexual health.
I am accustomed to assessing, diagnosing, treating, prescribing medication, and reviewing both organic and mental health conditions, whether sexual or non-sexual. This is always carried out in a person-centred and personalised manner, aligning with clients’ hopes and needs.
Shared Care
I will also be able to advise you and your GP on the necessary assessments and investigations to rule out a physical or organic cause for the sexual concern you might raise. This will help clarify the possible interaction between physical and psychological factors influencing your sexual concern, supporting our assessment, clinical formulation, and therapeutic plan.
Prescribing
My knowledge of medicines and being a prescriber helps to understand possible drug interactions that might be causing or interfering with your sexual concerns, such as those related to long-term conditions like hypertension, diabetes, pain, motor-neuro diseases, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health issues. I can recommend and prescribe medications that may help address your concerns.
