About me

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, crippling mindsets, loss and bereavement, relationship difficulties, porn addiction or just feeling overwhelmed, I work collaboratively with you to uncover patterns, build coping strategies, and foster long-term well-being. My approach to Counselling and Psychotherapy is grounded in a deep respect for your unique experience and a commitment to understanding your individual needs. I aim to help clients grow in their self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-worth.

My heart is to work alongside my clients on their journey of healing and recovery. With experience in Psychodynamic, Person-Centered Therapy, and neuroscience-based approaches (including some CBT), I draw from a variety of therapeutic tools to help you navigate life's challenges.

Unpacking your story can be both difficult and daunting and I'm here to offer you a safe, supportive space to explore and work through whatever you're going through. I'm a Christian but I work with people from all faiths.
