About me
Hello, my name is Patricia. I am an Accredited integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor
I offer in-person and online counselling in Swindon and the surrounding areas, providing a safe and supportive space where you can explore whatever may be impacting your emotional wellbeing.
My approach is integrative, with a person-centred foundation, which means rather than using a “one size fits all” approach. I draw from different therapeutic modalities to support you in a way that feels safe, effective, and appropriate for where you are right now.
Clients have described me as warm, grounded, approachable, and easy to talk to. Whether this is your first experience of counselling or you have shared your story before, I aim to provide a calm, non-judgemental space where trust can develop and you feel supported to explore what matters to you at your own pace.
You do not need to be in crisis to seek counselling. Sometimes therapy is about making sense of difficult experiences, understanding patterns, improving relationships, or simply giving yourself the space to pause and be supported.
Training, qualifications & experience
My qualifications include:
- Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Prof.Dip Psy C)
- Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling Practice - The King's Trust
- Qualified Integrated Counsellor.
- Advanced Safeguarding adults and young people (CPD)
