About me
I’m an integrative psychotherapist working with adults experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, and periods of emotional uncertainty. My work is grounded in the belief that understanding ourselves more deeply can open possibilities for meaningful change. I have particular experience working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse and complex trauma, as well as people seeking greater self-understanding and personal growth.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London, completing a diploma in integrative psychotherapy with a humanistic and transpersonal orientation.
I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My clinical work is supported by regular professional supervision and ongoing professional development.
My experience includes working in charitable and community mental health settings with adults experiencing psychological distress, trauma and complex relational difficulties.
In particular, my work at One in Four, a specialist organisation supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse, involved providing longer-term psychotherapy to adults living with the psychological and relational consequences of early trauma.I have also worked with people experiencing acute emotional distress and suicidal crises, as well as those seeking psychotherapy for personal development and greater psychological wellbeing. My training integrates psychodynamic, humanistic and transpersonal perspectives, informed by attachment theory, relational psychotherapy and contemplative approaches.

Additional information
Sessions and availability :
I offer individual psychotherapy for adults, both in person in London and online. Sessions are normally held weekly and last 50 minutes. I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, depending on your circumstances and therapeutic goals.
Getting started :
We begin with a brief introductory conversation, followed by an approximately 40-minute online assessment. This provides an opportunity to explore what brings you to therapy, your expectations and whether working together feels appropriate.
The assessment is confidential. If we decide to proceed, the fee is half the usual session rate; otherwise, no charge is made.
Before beginning therapy, I provide a therapeutic agreement outlining the practical and ethical framework of our work, which we review together during our first session.
Fees :
Individual psychotherapy: £70 per 50-minute session.
Please feel welcome to contact me with any questions or to arrange an introductory conversation.
