About me
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or anxious? Maybe you’re finding it hard to make decisions, manage stress, or feel like yourself lately. You’re not alone. I’m a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience supporting people through anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress, and major life transitions.
I work exclusively online, providing flexible, confidential therapy to adults. Whether you’re managing daily stress or deeper emotional challenges, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can gain clarity and make meaningful change—at your own pace, from your own home.
Sessions are 50 minutes via a secure Zoom or Bilateral Base link, typically once a week.
Online sessions make therapy more accessible—no travel time, no waiting rooms, just a confidential space from wherever you are in the UK or world.
My approach
I draw on a blend of evidence-based models—especially CBT, ACT, EMDR, and Schema Therapy. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing on a bespoke blend of approaches.
My style is collaborative, compassionate, and encouraging. You set the pace, and we work together on what matters most to you.
Are you ready?
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. If you’re curious, I offer a free 20-minute ‘mini consultation’ to help you decide whether we’re a good fit. Feel free to get in touch—I’d be happy to hear from you. I’m currently accepting new online clients.
Training, qualifications & experience
I bring over two decades of NHS and private sector experience to my practice, having worked across primary care, adult mental health and neuropsychology.
My qualifications include:
- DClinPsy from University College London
- PgDip CBT (King’s College London)
- PgDip Clinical Neuropsychology (University of Bristol)
- MSc Applied Psychology ( Brunel University)
- BA Experimental Psychology (University of Oxford)
I’m registered with the HCPC and am a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS). I am also accredited with the BABCP and about to be accredited with EMDR UK.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
