About me
Let me introduce myself.
I’m a fully qualified CBT Therapist and Counsellor with a Master of Science in Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I specialise in anxiety, vestibular treatment like PPPD, trauma and health-related worries, particularly when your mind and body feel caught in cycles of fear, overwhelm, self-doubt or constant overthinking.
I have worked across a variety of settings including the NHS, Suffolk Mind and a domestic abuse charity, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship difficulties and significant emotional distress. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how past experiences, life events and current pressures can affect the way we think, feel and respond to the world around us.
My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in evidence-based CBT. Together, we will explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and behaviours, helping you understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. From there, we can work in a structured and supportive way to develop practical strategies and create meaningful, lasting change.
I have a particular interest in anxiety and health-related worries, especially where the mind and body become trapped in cycles of fear, checking, reassurance seeking or avoidance. I also work with clients experiencing low self-esteem, excessive worry, panic, stress and the impact of difficult or traumatic life experiences.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling with intrusive thoughts, lacking confidence, or trying to make sense of past experiences, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood and supported in moving forward.
If you feel ready to take the next step, you are very welcome to get in touch. I would be happy to have an initial conversation and explore how we can work together.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
