About me
Hello, Are you feeling overwhelmed or stuck in life?
As a qualified counsellor with working experience with couples and individuals, I genuinely believe believe that investing in your relationships is one of the most significant steps toward empowering both yourself and your partner and is one of the most important aspects of a happy life. Not every relationship is destined to last but choosing to explore every avenue for connection and repair allows you to walk away knowing you gave it your all.
The process of therapy in a nurturing and non-judgmental space can grow and make meaningful, healthier choices in you relationship and/or self.
Stress, low self-esteem, anxiety and negative emotions can often trap us in unhealthy cycles of confusion and distress. My integrative (multiple theory) approach explores your strengths and develops realistic, personalised strategies. My hope is to support you in a clear and approachable way without using complex terminology. Whether you’re focusing on personal development, enhancing your relationships, or navigating the emotional outcomes of past childhood caregiving, our sessions will be tailored specifically to your needs.
If you're unsure about the type of counselling that suits you best, worry not! I offer a blend of therapies with flexible support options, including online and in-person sessions for individuals and couples. You deserve compassion and understanding on your journey, and I’m here to provide non-judgemental support.
We can overcome obstacles and uncover a deeper understanding of your authentic self. My practice is built on collaboration, empathy, and exploration, ensuring you feel heard and valued every step of the way.
