About me
Hello and welcome, you've taken the first and most difficult step to feeling better.
You are not alone. My practice is a safe place that is grounded in respect, sensitivity, and genuine curiosity about your inner world. The way I work is adapted to your needs, because nobody experiences life in the same way. I take care to ensure that both the therapeutic relationship and environment feel considered, accessible, and contained so that I can offer you the best experience at a difficult time.
I work particularly well with clients who may have experienced loss, a life change, feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or are navigating complex emotional or relational difficulties.
I have further training and experience in working with neurodivergent clients, including those on the autism spectrum and with ADHD, along with people who have experienced emotional physical and sexual abuse.
Get in touch for a FREE 15 minute call to see if I am the right therapist for you.

Your First Session
You will be greeted by reception and offered refreshments on arrival. The therapy rooms are welcoming, private, and carefully designed to promote a sense of calm — with soft furnishings and a range of textures, offering a supportive environment particularly suited to neurodiverse clients.
Prior to our first meeting, I will send you a contract along with full details of the therapy room location and your appointment time.
In our first session, we will take time to go through the agreement together, ensuring you feel fully informed and comfortable. I will also gather a small amount of personal information, such as your contact details and GP surgery.
From there, the session becomes a space for you.
There is no expectation to have clear goals from the outset. We will begin by gently exploring what has brought you to therapy, allowing your thoughts and feelings to unfold naturally.

Initial Consultation
I offer a complimentary 15-minute telephone or video chat.
This provides an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether you feel comfortable working with me, before making any commitment.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
