About me

I am Counselling Psychologist with over 10yrs experience providing therapy in mental health settings.  I will work collaboratively with you, to see your distress within the context of your life, offering a therapeutic approach best suited to you.  Together we can build on your strengths, skills and resources and help you to feel more empowered.  My practice is evidence based and informed by scientific research.  I am trained to doctoral level to work with a variety of therapy models and practice in a multi-theoretical way.  I am professional and my approach with clients is reflective of this.  But I am also a person – and it is my hope that each of my clients feels genuinely cared for on a personal level.
