Supervision details
I am a counselling psychologist with over 12 years of experience providing therapy across a range of settings and client needs. I work in an integrative way, drawing on different therapeutic approaches to respond flexibly and thoughtfully to each person and context. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where people feel safe enough to explore both their work and themselves.
In supervision, I offer a balance between developing clinical skills and creating room for deeper reflection. Alongside supporting your therapeutic practice—such as formulation, interventions, and ethical thinking—I place equal importance on the reflective process: understanding your responses, patterns, and the relational dynamics that arise in the work. My aim is to provide a supportive, thoughtful environment where you can grow in confidence, deepen your self-awareness, and strengthen your professional identity.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
