About me

Feeling Stuck? Let’s Work Through It Together.

Hi, I’m Tasha, a person-centred counsellor. I know that asking for help can be tough, but you're not alone. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, addiction, low self-esteem, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, I'm here to listen and support you, without judgment and at your own pace.

Why Choose Me?

  • A Space Where You’re Truly Heard: Whatever you’re going through, I’ll make sure you feel understood. It's normal to feel hesitant about opening up, but I’ll ensure that you feel comfortable and safe in our sessions, allowing you to express yourself freely.
  • Real, Relatable Support: I’ve been where you are. I understand how overwhelming it can be to feel stuck, isolated, or burdened. Whether you’re dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, or the challenges of neurodivergence like ADHD or autism, I get it – and I’m here to help you work through it.
  • Flexible, Convenient Sessions: Life can be hectic, so I offer online and phone sessions that fit around your schedule, wherever you are. If you prefer face-to-face support, I also offer in-person sessions at The Prestwich Holistic Centre and Manchester City Centre, St Ann’s Square.

Specialised Experience: I have extensive experience working with individuals facing addiction, anxiety, and depression. These challenges can feel isolating, but with the right support, you can break free from what's holding you back. I’m passionate about helping you reclaim your life and move forward with confidence.

Not Sure Where to Start?

It’s completely normal to feel unsure about counselling, which is why I offer a free 20-minute call. This is an opportunity for us to discuss what’s going on for you and explore how I can help. There’s no pressure – just a chance for us to see if we’re a good fit to work together.

Therapy with Tasha – Counselling with Natasha Roe MBACP
Welcome to Therapy with Tasha. I’m Natasha Roe, a qualified, person-centred counsellor and registered member of the BACP (407434). I offer flexible remote counselling sessions tailored to fit around your schedule. I also offer In-Person Sessions: Available at two locations – Prestwich and Manchester City Centre – for those who prefer face-to-face interaction.

I have experience working with clients struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and more. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for support – that’s why I’m here to make the process as comfortable and approachable as possible.

I became a counsellor because I’ve been through it myself. I’ve experienced the power of counselling, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Now, my goal is to help you feel better, just like I did. I want to give back the care and support I received from my own counsellor.

Trust the process. Be proud of yourself for taking this step on your healing journey. You are exactly where you're supposed to be taking the leap to find the right counsellor for you. If you resonate with my approach and are ready to start your journey towards healing, I’m here, ready to listen.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me I’d love to hear from you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
