About me
Why Work With Me?
A Space Where You’re Truly Heard
Whatever you're going through, I’ll make sure you feel understood, valued, and supported. It’s completely normal to feel hesitant about opening up-my role is to make the process as safe and comfortable as possible, so you can express yourself freely and at your own pace.
I work with adults and children and young people (CYP) aged 10+, offering both online and in-person counselling.
Real, Relatable Support
I’ve been where you are. I know how overwhelming it can feel to be stuck, uncertain, or weighed down. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, low self-esteem, and those navigating neurodivergence such as ADHD or autism. I also work with children and young people around emotional wellbeing, school pressures, confidence, and life or family changes. You don’t have to go through this alone.
Flexible, Convenient Sessions
Life is busy, so I offer online and telephone sessions, making support accessible wherever you are. If you prefer in-person counselling, I currently work from the following locations:
- Swinton (main base within Viso)
- The Prestwich Holistic Centre
- Manchester City Centre (St Ann’s Square)
- Salford – Sorrel Bank House
Fees & Insurance My fee is £70 per 50-minute session, or £100 for an extended 90-minute session.
I currently accept Aviva and Vitality insurance for counselling sessions.
Please note: Vitality clients are required to pay a £25 contribution per session, as Vitality does not cover my full fee.
Specialised Experience
I have extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, addiction, and confidence difficulties. These challenges can feel isolating, but with the right support, things can get better. My role is to walk alongside you (or your child/young person) while you regain clarity, emotional strength, and confidence.
Additional Services
6-Week Confidence Coaching Programme – £450
For those who have completed their healing work and now want to grow, build confidence, and step into the next version of themselves.
Includes: 6 × 1-hour coaching sessions
A complete confidence-building workbook
Check-ins between sessions for accountability and support
Specialist Student Mentoring – £75 per hour
I provide mentoring for students who need a blend of coaching and therapeutic support to help with overwhelm, motivation, structure, and reaching academic or personal goals.
Not Sure Where to Start?
It’s completely normal to feel unsure about counselling. That’s why I offer a free 20-minute consultation call a chance for us to talk about what’s going on for you (or your child/young person) and see whether we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure, just a warm and friendly space to explore your options.

I have experience supporting clients with addiction, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, neurodivergence and more. I understand how hard it can be to reach out - which is why I aim to make the process as comfortable, genuine and approachable as possible.
I became a counsellor because I’ve been through it myself. I know how powerful therapy can be, and it truly changed my life. Now, my goal is to offer others the same care, understanding and transformation I once received.
Trust the process.
Be proud of yourself for taking this step. You are exactly where you’re meant to be as you look for the right counsellor for your journey.
If my approach resonates with you and you're ready to begin your healing journey, I’m here - ready to listen.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

What to Expect in Your First Session
In our first session, we’ll explore your goals, the challenges you’re facing, and how we can work together to support your mental health journey. My person-centred approach is fully client-led, meaning we work at your pace. You are the expert on your own life - I’m here to offer guidance, ask reflective questions, and help you gain clarity about what you want to achieve.
We’ll also agree on your preferred session frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) so the process feels manageable and supportive. This initial session is a chance for both of us to ensure we’re aligned and able to work well together.
