About me
Who am I?
Hi, My name is Natasha and I am an integrative therapist and Supervisor.
What I do I offer?
I offer the time and space for you to make the changes you want to in your life.
I am committed to supporting your emotional well-being and personal growth as well as being passionate about adapting my skills to suit your individual needs.
I believe that "one size of therapy does not fit all". So I help you to explore your hopes and expectations for therapy and we then work together to find a way towards your goals.
What sort of things can I help with?
I provide a compassionate and confidential counselling space where it is safe to talk about issues such as: Abuse, Anxiety, Depression, Low self-esteem or low self-confidence, work related stress, Bereavement, Loss, Bullying, Work/life balance, Family life, General unhappiness, Relationship issues, Parenting, self-limiting behaviour and beliefs, Self-harm, Loss of direction in life, Poor of sense of self, feelings of overwhelm and generalised worry.
Deciding to seek help is the hardest step.
How does it work?
I offer one to one, face to face counselling, walking therapy, Equine Facilitated, telephone and online sessions. I strive to hold a safe space where you can talk through your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and concerns, free from judgement. For some, this is in a therapy room and for others this can be outdoors. You choose the space to suit you. I focus on helping you to heal and re-energise. To become aware of personal strengths and also the barriers that may be holding you back. Together we work on how you can move forward with new knowledge and skills to live a more authentic and meaningful life going forward. To help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be.
Where would we start?
I offer a free 30 minute introductory session, (usually over the telephone) where your expectations and needs for therapy are explored. This session also gives you more information about how I work, allowing you to make a more informed choice about whether I am the right therapist for you.
