Supervision details
My Counselling model is integrative. I come from a person centred, psychodynamic and existential theoretical background. I also incorporate mindfulness exercises, polyvagal theory and neuropsychological research ideas into my practice. I work within the Hawkins and Shohet model of supervision, including the IDM Model adapted for online working.
