Are you feeling stuck, anxious or lost? Maybe a major life change has left you unsure how to adapt, or you’re questioning whether a relationship truly feels right.
I help people make sense of why they feel the way they do by exploring the impact of the past, understanding the present, and creating a future that feels more authentic and fulfilling. This isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about building lasting self-worth, confidence, and emotional freedom.
Sometimes, anxiety, low mood, or relationship difficulties can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself. Together, we create a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, trust your own needs, and make choices that feel right for you.
What to expect:
- A warm, non-judgemental space centred entirely on your growth
- Honest conversations built on trust
- Insights, tools, and strategies tailored to your needs
- A balance of deep exploration and practical steps forward
Areas I can help with:
- Anxiety & Low Mood/Depression
- Relationship Patterns & Attachment
- Low Self-Esteem & Identity
- Trauma & Complex PTSD
- Family Difficulties & Boundary Setting
- Narcissistic or Emotionally Harmful Relationships
- Breaking Cycles & Feeling Stuck

Training, qualifications & experience
Dip.Couns. PGCert. BA. MBACP
I’ve spent years helping people move from crisis to recovery in charities, mental health services, and one-to-one counselling. My experience includes supporting survivors of domestic abuse, working with MIND, and helping people facing anxiety, depression, and major life changes.
What I’ve learned is, when you feel truly heard and understood, change becomes possible. The right space can help you untangle old patterns, rebuild self-worth, and move towards a life that feels lighter and more yours.
I work integratively, drawing from person-centred, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches which means our sessions are tailored entirely to you. Your pace. Your needs. Your goals.
It’s not always easy to take the first step, but you don’t have to do it alone.

I understand the deep impact of unhealthy or abusive relationships, and how the inner critic can keep you feeling small. I use my training and lived experience to help you replace self-judgement with compassion, and create healthier patterns. I also support those navigating the emotional toll of fertility challenges, balancing grief, hope, and uncertainty, with empathy and care.
