About us
Hi, I’m Chloé. I’m a BABCP-registered Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT). I work in a very compassion-focused way to support clients with a range of difficulties. I offer support for people who are struggling with a life change, which may present as Depression, Generalised Anxiety, Low Self-Esteem, OCD, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Specific Phobia, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), including birth trauma and more. I do specialise and have a great interest in supporting mums/dads & (but am not limited to) the perinatal/ postnatal period.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have worked within mental health for nearly two decades. I trained as a CBT therapist in 2018; since then, I have obtained a range of further skills looking at compassion focussed therapy, amongst others. I have also completed my training in EMDR.
