About me
I am a pluralistic counsellor specializing in trauma, intrusive thoughts and and disassociation.
I hold a first class BsC in Psychology and have experience in various areas of mental health provision including training with Cruse Bereavement and the Samaritans. Previous roles include a research fellowship for KCA UK and assistant editor of the European Journal of Counselling Psychology.
I am also qualified to practice Rewind Therapy which has become internationally recognized as indispensable to treat PTSD. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirmative counsellor and I welcome people from a range of diverse backgrounds, cultures and ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation and gender. Sex workers are also welcome and valued.
I am also delighted to have received a Mind Kent Mental Health Wellbeing Award in 2024 for supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.
