About me
Person-centred counselling is a powerful, gentle approach that works with you - not on you - to support lasting, meaningful change. Person-centred counselling provides a warm, non-judgmental space where you are free to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace, with the understanding that you are the expert on your own life.
From the moment you arrive, you will be met with warmth, compassion, and a genuine desire to help. Here, you are truly seen, heard, and supported - free to be yourself without judgement.
My approach is entirely centred around you as an individual. We work at your pace, in a safe and nurturing environment built on comfort and trust. There is no rush, no pressure - only a dedicated space for your growth and healing.
Together, we can explore what's holding you back, gently release old patterns of thinking and behaviour, and help you move towards a happier, more fulfilling version of yourself. You deserve to feel aligned, empowered, and at peace - and I'm here to help you get there.
