About me
Healing with Michelle
Helping you find your power and the way back to your best self.
Trauma is personal, it does not disappear if it is not validated, when it is ignored the silence screams internally.
I am here to help you through that, having walked my path of struggles, I understand the depths of pain and the struggle to find the light at the end of the tunnel.
It is the empathy born from my own experiences that drives my passion for healing. I offer a safe space where you can be, share, heal, and grow I offer more than therapy; I am a hypnotherapist and massage therapist. I will use my tools to hold the space through a journey as we navigate through your pain together.
I am a pluralistic counsellor i use three approaches person-centred psychodynamic and CBT.
Please know that you can call me for a FREE 30-minute consultation to discuss anything that needs to be discussed first.
