About me

I specialise in working with men who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or are carrying more than they can easily talk about. You might be dealing with stress, low mood, anger, relationship difficulties, or just a sense that something isn’t quite right – but struggling to put it into words. Therapy with me offers a private, non-judgemental space to say what’s really going on. Together, we can make sense of your situation and find a way forward that feels clearer, steadier, and more aligned with the kind of life you want.

I work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. My approach is grounded, practical, and collaborative. I won’t overcomplicate things: I’ll take your experiences seriously and work with you at a pace that feels right.

I understand the pressure of balancing work, family, and changing roles. My grounded, reflective approach is tailored to you. If starting therapy feels like a big step, you’re welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation to ask questions and see if I’m a good fit.
