About me

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, carrying the effects of past experiences, or simply feeling that something isn’t quite right, therapy offers a space where you can be heard without judgement.

I provide a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll work to understand the challenges you’re facing, recognise patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical ways of moving towards the life you want to live.

I believe that every person’s experiences are unique, which is why I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing on Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Attachment Theory. My work is also trauma-informed and, where appropriate, incorporates ideas from Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to help you better understand yourself, regulate difficult emotions, and build self-compassion.

Whether you’re looking to process difficult experiences, understand yourself more deeply, strengthen your relationships, or develop healthier ways of coping, therapy can provide the opportunity for meaningful and lasting change. My aim is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered as we work together towards your goals.

I can support you with:

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Addiction and dependency
  • Adult and childhood trauma
  • Anger and emotional regulation
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Depression
  • Eating difficulties
  • Employment and workplace challenges
  • Feeling overwhelmed or struggling with your mental wellbeing
  • Neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism
  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Living with diagnoses such as Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or Bipolar Disorder
  • Relationship difficulties and breakdown
  • Self-esteem and self-worth
  • Sexual assault and abuse

Whatever has brought you to therapy, you don’t have to face it alone. If you think we may be a good fit, I’d be happy to arrange an initial conversation to discuss what you’re looking for and answer any questions you may have.
