I'm a counsellor and a psychotherapist. I studied and qualified in Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice, and I bring a background as a business and life coach to my work.
I have a massive interest in relationship and sexual psychotherapy, supporting individuals and couples with communication difficulties, trust and conflict, loss of intimacy, and sexual concerns. I also help people struggling with anxiety, bereavement, loss, depression, low self-esteem, self-image, and confidence, as well as stress, life transitions, and other emotional and mental health challenges.
My coaching background means I combine deep therapeutic understanding with practical, goal-focused support, helping clients not only make sense of what they're feeling but also move forward with clarity and confidence in their relationships, careers, and personal lives.
My approach is warm, confidential, and non-judgmental, and I pace sessions to what feels right for you.

Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
