About me
You might have reached a stage where support is necessary, when the need for a space that can be truly yours, where you can speak openly, untangle your thoughts and feel seen and understood without feeling judged is required. A space where your feelings and experiences feel recognised rather than minimised.
I offer a space where you can slow down and explore, in a safe space, what is going on for you in your life and make sense of it. Perhaps, without not knowing why, you're feeling anxious, low, confused or overwhelmed. Maybe you're caught in patterns you don't fully understand, or finding difficult to change, struggling with self-doubt, or carrying the weight of past experiences that still shape your life today.
I believe that often, the patterns that cause us the most pain and difficulties, have deep roots. Therapy gives us the space to explore what you are currently going through and those roots together, gently, at your own pace, so that what you are experiencing can be understood at a deeper level rather than experienced as inexplicable.
What I Can Support You With
- Anxiety and stress
- Relationship difficulties and family issues
- Life Transitions, Low self-esteem and self-doubt
- Trauma, PTSD and C-PTSD
- Depression and low mood
- OCD
- Spirituality, religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and recovery from high-control groups or cults
How I Work
As an integrative psychodynamic therapist, I view many present-day difficulties as rooted in earlier life experiences. Exploring these experiences can help you uncover recurring emotional and relational patterns, creating the opportunity for deeper understanding on how the past impacts the present and work towards change.
Our therapeutic work, will be a collaborative process. We will work together to build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and, over time, a stronger, kinder relationship with yourself and others.
Getting in Touch
Starting counselling and finding the right therapist can be challenging, and for some, the all experience can be quite overwhelming. I offer a free initial consultation so you can share a little about what brought you to therapy, ask any questions you have, and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.
There's no commitment, and no need to have everything figured out before you get in touch.
Counselling in English and Italian

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Support with Religious Trauma, Cult Recovery & Faith Deconstruction
If you've experienced a high-control, coercive, or cultic environment, whether religious, spiritual, or otherwise, the impact can continue long after you've left. Many people find themselves feeling anxious, confused, or emotionally numb, carrying deep feelings of guilt, shame, or grief alongside a profound loss of identity.
Leaving a controlling belief system, or simply beginning to question it, takes real courage. But the aftermath can feel just as disorienting as the environment itself. You may find yourself struggling to trust your own thoughts, unsure of who you are outside of that group, or mourning the community and sense of meaning you once had, even as you know leaving was the right thing to do.
These experiences can ripple into every area of life: relationships, self-confidence, decision-making, and your sense of safety in the world. Whether you're recovering from a cult, navigating faith deconstruction, processing spiritual abuse, or trying to rebuild your life after leaving a high-control group, you deserve support that truly understands what you've been through.
I offer a safe, calm, and trauma-informed space where we can explore your experiences gently and at your own pace. There is no pressure, no agenda, and absolutely no judgement, only careful, compassionate support as you begin to rebuild trust in yourself, reconnect with your own identity, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and freedom.
