About me

Are you struggling with anxiety, obsessive thoughts, overthinking, low self-esteem, burnout, or feeling emotionally exhausted whilst trying to appear “fine” on the outside?

Perhaps you feel stuck in repeating patterns, battling self-criticism, relationship difficulties, compulsive behaviours, emotional overwhelm, or a persistent sense of pressure and dissatisfaction.

I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, and trauma-informed practitioner, registered with both the BACP and NCPS, offering online therapy across the UK.

My approach combines psychodynamic understanding with CBT and ACT-based approaches, helping clients both understand the deeper patterns beneath their difficulties and develop practical ways to move forward. Alongside this, I work from a trauma-informed perspective, recognising how past experiences can continue to influence thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns of behaviour.

I work with adults experiencing:

•Anxiety and panic
•Obsessive thoughts and OCD-related difficulties
•Depression and low mood
•Pornography and compulsive sexual behaviours
•Relationship and attachment difficulties
•Trauma and difficult past experiences
•Stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm
•Low self-worth and shame

Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, approachable, and straightforward.

Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and grounded—not cold or overly clinical. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive space where we can understand what’s keeping you stuck while developing practical strategies that help you move towards the life you want.

I offer online sessions via secure video call across the UK.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Further information

I believe therapy works best when it feels genuine, collaborative, and human.

Some clients come to therapy with a clear issue they want support with, whilst others simply know that something no longer feels manageable or fulfilling. Both are valid starting points.

My work aims to provide a calm, reflective, and non-judgemental space where difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences can be explored safely and at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I offer both short-term focused work and longer-term therapy depending on your needs and goals.

Sessions are available online across the UK.
