About me
As a Psychosynthesis therapist, I guide individuals through the process of self-discovery, integration and personal transformation, drawing from psycho-spiritual principles.
In our sessions with clients, I view the client holistically, addressing not only psychological issues but also the person’s potential for growth and self-actualisation. I on the client’s relationship with their "Higher Self" or inner wisdom, helping them achieve a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.
I see clients as whole beings with physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dimensions and work to help them align and integrate these aspects of themselves.
Together we explore and integrate the various aspects of the client's personality and encourage clients to connect with their spiritual or transcendent self. This process helps clients move beyond ego-centred concerns and work toward fulfilling their true potential.
My approach is empathetic and non-directive. The client’s autonomy is my priority and I guide them to explore their inner world at their own pace. The therapeutic relationship is based on collaboration, and I act as a guide, supporting the client’s journey toward self-awareness and transformation.
Alongside traditional therapy methods, as a Psychosynthesis therapist, I also use creative and experiential techniques of visualisation, guided imagery, symbolism and meditation to facilitate personal exploration and growth.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have trained and obtained a diploma in counselling at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London and I am currently working towards my psychotherapy qualification.
My therapeutic and coaching work is within a psychological framework of Psychosynthesis, which is a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, which supports adults in a range of life challenges using a change-oriented approach.
I have been in private practice for 3 years. I am a leadership coach and also a practicing corporate lawyer with over 15 years experience.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
While working with clients, we focus on harmonising self-awareness and healing, which allows them to make changes in life based on their true purpose, meaning and values.
Psychosynthesis therapy is a form of transpersonal psychology that emphasises personal growth, integration and self-realisation. in my practice I view individuals as being more than just their history, psychological struggles or fragmented parts. Instead, I focus on the synthesis or unification of various aspects of the self into wholeness of body, emotions, mind and spirit.
Psychosynthesis therapy is often used to help individuals explore their inner potential, find meaning, and develop a sense of wholeness.
It’s particularly suited for those on a path of spiritual development or looking to understand the deeper dimensions of their psyche.
