Marilyn De Freitas Counsellor & Psychotherapist
I am an experienced counsellor/psychotherapist offering short and long term therapy to individuals and couples in Holloway and Hornsey. I will provide a safe and confidential space and support you to explore thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that may affect the way you think about and relate to yourself and others.
Whether you are thinking of coming to therapy at a time of crisis, or at a time to understand more fully what is happening in your life, talking with a therapist can be very helpful. I believe that challenges provide opportunities for change, growth and transformation.
Please feel free to telephone or email me if you would like to ask any questions about how I work, the process of beginning therapy, or to arrange an initial, confidential consultation.
