Welcome. I’m Maria, an experienced counsellor, coach and hypnotherapist. I specialise in working with clients like you to enable you to achieve your goals and move forward in life. Whether you’re looking to manage anxiety, lift your mood, boost your self-esteem or realise your potential, I can provide a confidential, safe and supportive environment.

My approach is to listen and understand what you want to achieve, focusing on your unique situation and drawing upon my experience of providing psychological therapies, including integrative counselling, solution focused therapy, hypnotherapy and mindfulness.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with Counselling from Bournemouth University and I continually stay updated with latest trends and developments. I am a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, the National Hypnotherapy Society and the British Psychological Society.
