About me
Hello,
I’m a pluralistic counsellor and hypnotherapist, accredited by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I love the work I do because I’ve seen how meaningful it can be to have a space where you can be completely yourself, feel truly heard and understood, and be supported through the parts of life that can be hard to make sense of.
My work includes counselling and hypnotherapy, and I draw on different approaches depending on what feels appropriate for the person. I’m interested in what sits beneath the surface of what we experience, and in creating space to explore things at a pace that feels right for you.
My background is in Psychology, and I’ve spent years working in corporate wellbeing. I’ve also trained in pluralistic counselling, as well as systemic and family therapy. This has shaped the way I understand people and their experiences, that we are influenced by our relationships, families, environments and what we carry with us throughout our lives.
I particularly support women through periods of transition and change, including pregnancy, becoming a mother, loss, changes in relationships and other significant shifts in life. These experiences can bring a sense of grief and loss that isn’t always easy to recognise. We can grieve a person or a relationship, but we can also grieve parts of ourselves, our identity, our body, a version of ourselves we are leaving behind, or a life we had imagined.
Over the past five years, I’ve supported people through times of anxiety, stress, grief, fear, low self-esteem and significant change. I’ve had the privilege of supporting people as they come to understand themselves more deeply and reconnect with who they are underneath it all.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the work we do together. For me, therapy is not only about the approaches we use, but about the relationship we develop and what becomes possible within that relationship. It’s important to me that you feel safe, welcomed and respected, and that you have space to be yourself without judgement. I want our work to be collaborative, compassionate and grounded in what matters to you.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
