CALM Counselling And Life Management 1 Canada Square

About me

I'm Marcus, a qualified and accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor based at 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space where individuals can explore life’s challenges in a meaningful and supportive way.

My approach is integrative, drawing from various therapeutic models including psychodynamic, person-centred, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and inner child work. This allows me to tailor the therapy to suit your individual needs, whether you’re looking for short-term support or deeper, long-term exploration.

I work with adults from a range of backgrounds, including those in high-pressure industries such as finance, law, and trading. Many of my clients come to therapy navigating stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, unresolved childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, or a general sense of disconnection from themselves and others.

You might not always have the words to explain what’s going on - and that’s okay. Together, we’ll begin to make sense of your inner world, explore patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnect you with a more grounded, authentic sense of self.

I also have a specialist background in addiction and recovery work and support clients with issues related to shame, emotional regulation, masculinity, and self-worth.

Therapy can be a powerful first step toward change. If you're ready to explore how we might work together, feel free to get in touch.
