About me
Psychotherapy is a form of journey—and perhaps the only journey in life that is truly worth taking when life begins to weigh us down and we find it difficult to find our place in it.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming.
I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for support, which is why I always remember what it feels like to sit in the client’s chair. My goal is to offer you a compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
If you are going through separation, divorce, or mourning, relational issues, or experiencing abuse, struggling with depression, trauma, persistent sadness, or other emotional challenges, you do not have to face it alone. I am here to support you on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.
I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment where we can gently explore your experiences and help you gain new insight into the difficulties you are facing. Together, we can work towards empowering you to make meaningful choices about the path ahead.
To make therapy more accessible, I offer online sessions, in-person sessions, or a combination of both. I also provide short therapy sessions (25–30 minutes), which can be a flexible option if you are looking for brief support.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from psychodynamic/psychoanalytic and person-centred approaches, allowing me to tailor therapy to your unique needs. I am also working with dreams/unconsciousness and using elements of the Jungian approach. When working with Trauma, my work also incorporates elements of body-based practices , including breathwork, relaxation techniques, and Yoga Nidra, which can help support emotional processing and overall well-being.
I feel deeply privileged to do work that I am passionate about - supporting people in understanding themselves, overcoming challenges, and creating positive change in their lives.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
