About me
I am a Senior Psychologist offering compassionate and deeply relational psychological therapy, both short- and long-term. People often seek support when feeling stuck, overwhelmed, helpless, or highly self-critical. Sometimes clients describe that they cannot get out of patterns of distressing behaviours, thoughts, or emotions, and that relating to both themselves and others seems difficult, painful, or interferes with daily life and future commitments. I listen carefully, we explore their stories, find ways of understanding. I do not believe in a magical fix, but we all can become more ourselves finding appropriate choices.
I have ten years of experience working therapeutically with people who came to face difficulties ranging from anxiety, depression, to issues related to complex trauma. I have found that being present with clients, as well as offering appropriate evidence-based knowledge from psychological research, I am able to support people with a variety of concerns.
If you feel you are ready for facing whatever it is that might hold you back from experiencing a more engaged, content, and joyful life, then please get in touch and we talk about whether I might be able to help you find new ways of being, which are more aligned with your ways of living.
