About me
You might be here because something doesn’t feel quite right, either for you or for your child. Perhaps there is anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, or behaviours that feel difficult to understand or manage.
I am a qualified counsellor working with adults, young people, and children, offering a calm and supportive space where difficulties can be explored safely and at your own pace.
I have particular experience in supporting children and young people who may be struggling with:
- anxiety
- emotional regulation
- or behaviours such as hair pulling
- I also work with individuals navigating neurodiversity or going through challenging life transitions
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I draw on person-centred counselling and third-wave CBT approaches, adapting my work to suit each individual.
I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences and supported enough to move forward at their own pace.
I am based in Littleport and work in person in Ely, Cambridgeshire. I also offer online sessions across the UK.
If you are unsure whether counselling is the right step, I offer a free 30-45 minute consultation to talk things through.

I have experience working therapeutically with children, young people and adults across a range of emotional and relational difficulties. My work includes supporting clients with anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and issues linked to neurodiversity.
I have worked extensively with children and adolescents, including those presenting with neurodivergent traits, emotional distress, and behavioural or relational challenges. Alongside this, I support adults navigating complex life transitions, unresolved past experiences, identity questions, and patterns that feel difficult to change.
My experience includes longer-term therapeutic work, allowing space for trust, reflection and meaningful change to develop over time. I am comfortable working with complexity and with clients who may not easily fit into simple diagnostic categories.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
