About me

Searching for support when you are struggling can be really overwhelming but it is worth it to find the right Counsellor for you.  I offer professional Integrative Counselling using Humanistic principals to build a strong confidential relationship where you can feel safe to explore what you are experiencing.

I work with a variety of issues including but not limited to Anxiety, Bereavement, Stress, PTSD, Dissociative Identity Disorder, Couples Counselling, Relationship Issues and Parenting Difficulties.  I also work with a variety of Men's Mental health issues.  Whatever you bring, I will meet you with kindness and acceptance in a safe, confidential environment.

60-Minute Session:  £70

90-Minute Session:  £100

STUDENT COUNSELLOR CONCESSIONS:

Individual Counselling for 50 minutes:  £50

Clinical Supervision for 60 minutes:  £50

Clinical Supervision for 90 minutes:  £75
