About me
Hi, i am an psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Leeds, with many years experience helping people. I specialise in working with trauma, including childhood trauma, and I can help with difficulties and assist recovery in areas including stress, anxiety, difficulties in relationships, domestic and emotional abuse, grief and loss; my approach is Integrative, which means i will draw on different models and knowledge to best tailor therapy to you - this is something we will explore together - this is your process, and i will be here to guide and support you through it.
Coming to therapy can be daunting, and i offer a free no obligation 20 minute introductory phone/online call where we can discuss what you would like to achieve from therapy and how i may be able to help.
Whatever the difficulties are that you may be experiencing, we can explore together what may be behind them, and how you would like to move forward.
I can offer you a safe therapeutic space, and adhere to the NCPS code of ethical practice, holding your welfare and wellbeing at the core of our work together, with a commitment to working with integrity, trustworthiness and respect.
