About me
About Me and My Therapy Practice
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether it’s relationship challenges, trauma, or simply a sense of losing touch with yourself. Modern living rarely gives us space to pause and reflect, making it hard to know where to start when we want to feel better.
Counselling offers that dedicated time to explore your experiences, understand how past events may be affecting you, and gain new perspectives that can help you move forward. Together, we create a safe, supportive space where you can reflect at your own pace.
I’m a qualified Integrative-Relational Counsellor, committed to providing a calm and compassionate environment where you are met with empathy and without judgment. My approach is integrative, meaning your needs come first. I draw on humanistic, existential, and relational methods to support you as a whole person - not just a set of symptoms or labels.
I believe that a trusting, non-judgmental relationship is key to meaningful change. Therapy can sometimes feel challenging, as it may involve exploring deep-rooted beliefs and patterns, but I will be alongside you every step of the way.
To help you decide if we’re a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute introductory consultation. We can connect online or by phone. My private practice runs two days a week alongside my work with corporate clients in London. I aim to be flexible with scheduling because I understand how busy life can be.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
I am based in London and Surrey and currently offer online and walk-and-talk sessions. Our first conversation is a free, no-obligation 15-minute call where you can ask questions and share what you hope to gain from therapy. There’s no pressure to book further sessions - I understand how important finding the right therapist is.
If you choose to continue, we’ll schedule your first session, which will focus on understanding your needs and setting a plan for our work together. After that, we’ll agree on a regular time - weekly or fortnightly - that suits you.
Payment of sessions is in advance at the time of booking, by online banking. I also offer concessionary rates of £55 for a 50-minute session for a limited number of clients. Please contact me to discuss/check availability for reduced fee slots.

Walk and Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk therapy offers a unique experience. Being outdoors can lift your mood, reduce stress, and boost serotonin, even on cloudy days. Combining gentle movement with counselling brings both physical and emotional benefits, and it can be especially helpful for those dealing with loss, anxiety, stress, or depression. We move at your pace, so any level of fitness is welcome.
