About me
You should be really proud of yourself for being here.
I know it isn't easy.
But nor is what you are going through and now you are here, I can help.

*April 2024*:
Unfortunately I am not taking on new clients or supervisees at the moment and this is unlikely to change until 2025.
I will have some availability for 1:1 Private Practice Coaching later this year, contact me for more details.
----------------------------------------------------------
I am a Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor and I specialise in:
⭐️ Neurodivergence
⭐️ Trauma
⭐️ Feeling unfulfilled, lost or stuck
----------------------------------------------------------
I work online with adults, adolescents, couples and parents.
I also offer walk & talk sessions in Colchester, Essex.
I offer flexible sessions so that you do not have to attend weekly or at the same time or day.
----------------------------------------------------------
Neurodivergence includes ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Tourette's Syndrome and if you are struggling with any aspect of this or wondering if this is you, I can help. I have a lived experience of being ND and many years working with clients who are. This has often been the missing piece for clients and realising that they are in fact ND can help them to accept themselves and make adjustments and accommodations that make life easier. I can also support your loved ones to understand what neurodiversity is and how it may be impacting your relationships. Or if you are the parent of a ND individual I can help you to understand and support them on this journey.
Trauma can include anything you have found difficult to navigate, even if you think it doesn't count or "wasn't that bad". I can help you process difficult events or circumstances and help you release any difficulties you are carry with you.
If you are feeling lost or stuck I can help you understand why you are feeling this way and find a way forwards to a fulfilling and meaningful life where you feel joy again.
----------------------------------------------------------
I am a Senior Accredited Registrant Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and as such I follow their code of conduct and adhere to their ethical framework. I completed training to work safely online in 2017.

Further information
After working with clients for many years I know that one of the most important things for clients is flexibility, not only in models of therapy I can offer but in the way I can offer therapy. And one of the most enjoyable things about working in private practice for me is the ability to work with a variety of clients in a variety of ways, this is why I have completed further training to be able to offer more avenues for therapy.
Online counselling is available via secure online platforms.
