About me

Hello, my name is Lorraine. Thank you for visiting my profile.

Here is a little about me. I hold my qualification in and currently practice relational integrative counselling and believe that every individual deserves to be the best version of themselves and accepted for who they are. Whilst we discuss mental health a bit more openly day to day, I still feel it can be ‘last on our list’ when it comes to looking after ourselves. By allowing ourselves that personal time to dedicate to our wellbeing in a safe, supportive environment where therapist and client travel together, we can explore, grow, and find your value as an individual.

I would like to offer you the space to consider and reflect on your own wellbeing, whilst using my experience and knowledge to support you in reaching your personal goals. I can offer a dedicated time within a confidential, non-judgmental environment.

I believe in the value of therapy for clients and feel privileged to see an individual grow and lift the constraints they are experiencing at the start of therapy.

Wheelchair user access
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
