It requires bravery to pursue a more fulfilling and joyous life, and taking those initial steps towards change. I am dedicated to providing support and empowerment throughout your journey.
My approach involves integrative therapy, customised to meet the unique needs of each individual client. I incorporate techniques and fundamental principles from diverse counselling approaches, including Person-Centered, CBT, Solution-Focused, Transactional Analysis, and Psychodynamic.
For added convenience, video and telephone therapy sessions are offered. I am here to support and empower you every step of the way.
