About us

Every person is different, which means every treatment will be different too. Linkat Psychology provide a range of psychological therapies that will be tailored to meet your needs. We work with adults and children of all ages and backgrounds.

Difficulties we work with include (but are not limited to): depression, anxiety, stress (including work, academic, or general life stress), loss and bereavement, panic, OCD, anger, trauma, life changes (e.g. birth, retirement, relationship ending), sexual difficulties, eating disorders, health anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, difficulties with school and desire for personal development.

We have several specialisms within our team including children and families, OCD, the impact of living with long term health conditions, trauma, dental phobia, ASD, ADHD and more.

Whatever difficulties you are facing at the moment, having someone to listen and help you understand your problems can make things feel more manageable. We provide a confidential, non-judgemental space for you to explore these difficulties, and to work with you in a collaborative way. We can offer sessions in person or online.

When you are facing challenges in life and looking for support to help you overcome them, figuring out what you need and who can help can be a confusing, daunting process. This is why we offer free telephone consultations with one of our directors to give you an opportunity to talk through what you are struggling with, how we might be able to help and who in the team would be the best fit. Please get in touch whenever you are ready.
