About me

I’m Linda, a qualified person-centred therapist with over four years of training and the last two years spent supporting clients through counselling. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and the belief that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and work towards the changes you want to see.

Before becoming a counsellor, I ran my own successful marketing consultancy for 14 years. While I loved the challenge, I realised something was missing, my true passion has always been working with people on a deeper level, walking alongside them in their growth and self-discovery.

I’m also a mum to three wonderful children, which has given me a real-world understanding of life’s pressures, responsibilities, and the need for self-compassion. Alongside counselling, I am training as a yoga teacher and regularly practice breathwork and meditation. For clients who are interested in a more holistic approach to managing stress and anxiety, I weave these calming, grounding practices into our work together.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or relationship challenges, my aim is to meet you where you are, with warmth, openness, and the belief that you have the inner resources to grow and heal.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor with a Level 4 Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling, working under the NCPS ethical framework with a commitment to providing safe, empathic, and client-led therapeutic support. My training has equipped me to work relationally and collaboratively, supporting clients to explore their experiences at their own pace within a non-judgemental and compassionate environment.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and undertake monthly CPD training to continually enhance my knowledge and clinical practice. My continued learning focuses on key areas including anxiety, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, grief, and self-awareness, allowing me to work with a broad range of presenting issues while remaining reflective and responsive to each client’s individual needs. This commitment ensures my practice remains current, informed, and grounded in best therapeutic standards.

Other areas of counselling I deal with

In addition to counselling I also offer a specialised coaching program for woman over 40 known as: RESET – Burnout Recovery Programme for Women

RESET is a structured burnout recovery programme designed specifically for women who feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in a cycle of constantly putting everyone else first. Combining counselling with practical therapeutic strategies, the programme provides a safe, supportive space to understand the root causes of burnout rather than simply managing the symptoms.

Through personalised sessions, clients learn to regulate stress, establish healthier boundaries, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with their own needs and values. The focus is on creating sustainable change, helping women move away from survival mode and towards a calmer, more balanced and fulfilling life.

RESET is particularly suited to women who are experiencing chronic stress, workplace burnout, caring responsibilities, people-pleasing patterns, or major life transitions. The programme offers compassionate, evidence-informed support to help restore emotional wellbeing, resilience, and a renewed sense of self.
