About me

I'm Leih, a trauma-informed psychotherapist and hypnotherapist. Many of the people I work with feel anxious, low, disconnected, or burdened by difficult transitions or family relationships. I work with difficulties such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions and family estrangement, women who wish to explore what it is like to be female in today's world, as well a couples who want to find new ways to communicate.

I specialise in supporting individuals who seek understanding, discovering new perspectives and a path forward. You can expect warmth, compassion and a safe non-judgemental space, where you can explore your emotions and experiences at your own pace.

Together, we will explore your experiences, thoughts and emotions using a holistic blend of mindfulness, somatic practices, polyvagal theory, parts work and solution focused therapy, grounded in a humanistic approach to talking therapy. Where relaxation feels difficult, I also offer hypnotherapy as a gentle way to ease into the therapeutic process.

From October 2025, I will be offering couples therapy, drawing on specialist training in working with couples. This work supports partners in improving communication and navigating relationship challenges with greater understanding and connection.

I am particularly passionate about working with:

  • Adults who have experienced trauma
  • Those living with anxiety and depression
  • Individuals feeling lost or unfulfilled in midlife
  • Adults experiencing estrangement from family members
  • Women who wish to explore what it means to be female in today's world.
  • Groups of adults navigating loneliness, midlife transition, or family estrangement.

Clients often describe our work together as transformative. As one shared, “Leih has facilitated my journey beautifully. I have a new perspective on life and invaluable tools to help me navigate through the rest of life’s challenges.

If you’re ready to take the first step towards change, exploration and growth, let's connect. I will meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you explore what feels most important.
