About me
Hello, I’m Leih. Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from those around you? Perhaps you're struggling with depression, navigating the complexities of midlife, or dealing with the painful experience of family estrangement. You don’t have to face these challenges alone—I’m here to help.
As a trauma-informed psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist, I specialize in helping individuals like you who are seeking understanding, healing, and a path forward. My approach is warm and non-judgmental, creating a space where you can feel safe to explore your emotions and experiences at your own pace.
Together, we’ll unravel the root causes of your pain using a holistic blend of mindfulness, somatic practices, polyvagal theory, parts work, and solution-focused therapy, all integrated with a humanistic approach. If relaxation is a struggle, I offer hypnotherapy to help you ease into the therapeutic process.
Are you ready to feel heard, understood, and supported? I’m particularly passionate about working with adults who have experienced trauma, those grappling with anxiety or depression, individuals who feel lost or unfulfilled in midlife and adults who are estranged from family members. I also offer group therapy for those facing loneliness, navigating midlife or seeking connection with others who share similar experiences particularly related to adult family estrangement.
Clients often describe our work together as transformative. As one shared, “Leih has facilitated my journey beautifully. I have a new perspective on life and invaluable tools to help me navigate through the rest of life’s challenges.”
If you’re ready to take the first step towards healing, let’s connect. Together, we can find the clarity and peace you’re looking for.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
