About me

Hi, I'm Lauren, a Person-Centred Counsellor working online or by phone based in Dunblane, Scotland.

My goal is to provide a safe and accepting space for you to explore whatever you need to in confidence.

The relationship between you and your counsellor is the most vital part of the process and I can offer a free initial phone call or online call to ensure that you feel comfortable with me.

When working with clients I prioritise authenticity, compassion and acceptance. There is no set way of working, there is only the aim of walking along side you while you move towards living fully as yourself.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Diploma of Higher Education in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Highlands and Islands.

I have completed additional training in Trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences, working with Neurodivergence and working with Eating Disorders.
