About me
Life can present challenges that often feel overwhelming or impossible to navigate. However, regardless of the nature of our struggles, there is a significant benefit in receiving compassionate, non-judgmental support during difficult times.
Mindful Psychotherapy (also known as Core Process Psychotherapy) integrates traditional therapeutic techniques with compassion and mindfulness practices. This combination fosters clarity and confidence, alleviates anxiety and enhances emotional regulation. Moreover, it reconnects us with our intuitive wisdom and inherent well-being, building resilience and equipping us to manage our lives more skilfully. This journey is uniquely personal, both transformative and worthwhile, whether we are in a crisis or seeking growth.
Throughout my years of practice, I have successfully worked with a wide range of issues, including - but not limited to - complex trauma, abuse, persistent anxiety, substance and behavioural addictions, eating disorders, sexual difficulties, life crises, burnout, depression, low self-worth, long-term illness, grief, betrayal, and relationship problems.
I offer weekly therapeutic appointments lasting 50 minutes, with a treatment review after 6 weeks. I work both in person and online and, for the most effective results, I encourage in-person sessions whenever possible.
Training, qualifications & experience
As a psychotherapist, counsellor and leadership coach, I bring 25 years of experience to my work with clients. My journey as a therapist began in 1998 with a personal practice of meditation and yoga. In 2007, I retrained as a trauma therapist, incorporating the use of somatic bodywork. After a decade in private practice and continued professional development, I went on to earn a Master’s in Mindful Psychotherapy from Middlesex University at the Karuna Institute in Devon.
My therapy practice is based on Great Titchfield Street in Fitzrovia, London W1.
I work in accordance with the UKCP and ACPP (Association of Core Process Psychotherapists) ethical guidelines. I am in regular peer and personal supervision to ensure high standards of therapy and I also attend regular continuing professional development trainings.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
