About me

I am a counsellor and hypnotherapist working with private clients and for the charity Mind. I provide a compassionate and non-judgemental space where clients can explore challenges and difficulties, create positive and lasting change, or simply talk through whatever has brought them to therapy.

I am a trauma-informed therapist who works in a pluralistic way, meaning that I recognise that every person is unique and that there is no single approach that works for everyone. I tailor counselling to your individual needs, goals, and preferences, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches to provide support that feels right for you. By working collaboratively, we can explore what is most helpful and create a therapeutic experience that supports your personal growth and wellbeing. I have experience working with an extensive range of issues and welcome all enquiries.

My therapeutic approach also incorporates my extensive experience in hypnotherapy, which I offer either alongside counselling or as a standalone therapy. Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help address a wide range of emotional, psychological, and physical symptoms and conditions, as well as supporting positive habit change.

I specialise in hypnotherapy for the following:

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Panic attacks
  • Low mood
  • Self esteem and self confidence issues
  • Insomnia and sleep issues
