About me

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, divorce, grief, low self-esteem, confidence, identity issues, imposter syndrome, ADHD or executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, or simply feeling stuck?

As an experienced UKCP and MBACP registered Integrative & Transpersonal Psychotherapist, EMDR Therapist, Consciousness & Energy Psychotherapist, and ICF PCC Certified Executive & Transformational Coach, I provide a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where all presenting issues are welcome.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, work-related stress, relationship difficulties, childhood trauma, attachment wounds, complex PTSD, life transitions, loneliness, performance anxiety, leadership challenges or personal growth, therapy offers an opportunity to understand the deeper patterns beneath your symptoms rather than simply managing them.

My approach is both supportive and gently challenging, helping you identify and transform the conscious and unconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, nervous system responses and survival strategies that may no longer serve you.

As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw from the major evidence-based schools of psychotherapy including psychodynamic, attachment theory, humanistic, existential, CBT, Gestalt, relational, transpersonal and somatic psychotherapy. Alongside these approaches, I integrate EMDR, nervous system regulation, somatic bodywork, tapping (Energy Psychology), executive functioning coaching, mindfulness, consciousness-based approaches and trauma-informed interventions, allowing each treatment plan to be tailored specifically to your individual needs, goals and life experiences.

Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we explore the relationship between your mind, emotions, body and nervous system, helping you understand the root causes of anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, people-pleasing, imposter syndrome, burnout, procrastination and self-limiting beliefs. This integrated approach creates lasting change rather than temporary relief.

While I work with adults from all walks of life, I have particular expertise supporting senior leaders, founders, entrepreneurs, performing artists, public figures, healthcare professionals and high-performing individuals, helping them navigate leadership pressures, high performance, confidence, visibility, difficult relationships, work-life balance, emotional resilience and personal fulfilment. My international background also gives me a deep understanding of multicultural identities, intercultural relationships and expatriate experiences.

My work combines over many years of clinical experience with contemporary psychotherapy, neuroscience, attachment research, trauma therapy and executive coaching. Whether you are seeking psychotherapy, EMDR for trauma, support with anxiety or depression, relationship therapy, personal development, executive coaching or deeper transformational work, every session is tailored to you.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
