About me
Hello, I'm Kirsty. I care deeply about creating a safe space where every voice is heard, every story is honoured, and healing can truly begin.
Each person has a unique life experience and as such, I tailor my approach to best support individual needs.
I work pluralistically, which allows me to draw from various therapeutic approaches and adapt them to suit the specific goals and challenges of each client. This flexibility ensures that you receive the most effective and relevant support, whether that involves cognitive behavioural therapy, person centred therapy, or another approach.
Above all, I value congruence in our work together. Being authentic and transparent is essential to building trust and I strive to create an honest, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Whether you’re facing difficult emotions, navigating life transitions or seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Together, we can navigate the path toward growth and understanding.
